Strikes in Germany and France

All orders and returns are processed by INUIKII within 1-2 days. Due to strikes in Germany and France at the beginning of the week, delivery may be delayed for a few days. Once we have shipped your package, you will receive a confirmation email and DHL will send you the estimated time of arrival.

Refunds  

We try to refund your return as soon as your parcel is received in the warehouse and has gone through a quality assessment. This  process can take up to 10 business days. In any case you have questions, contact us.
