Register your return
Register your return/exchange by clicking on your profile, then on «orders», and then proceed as instructed. If you do not have an account with us, please use the «view order» link in your order confirmation or shipping email.

In case you no longer have any emails relating to your original order, please write to service@inuikii.com for support
2Return LabelAfter registering your return, we will send a personal return label to you (to the email address you used for placing the original order with us). Please allow 2 business days to receive the return label.

3DocumentWhen you receive your return documents (as described above), please print the attachments and enclose them to the box for faster processing. If you have no printer at your disposal, simply attach a copy of the original invoice, the order, or a handwritten note. Please be aware that processing of your return may be delayed if our warehouse team are unable to identify sender and/or contents.
4PackagingWhile preparing your package for return, please ensure that all returnable items are complete with any pertaining accessories included. Please pack all items very carefully and ensure fragile parts are sufficiently padded. Please take care to ensure the product box remains undamaged.
5SendTake the package to your nearest DHL service point for despatch back to our warehouse. Upon receipt, we will endeavour to process your return as quickly as possible and inform you in a timely manner. Please allow up to 5 business days for processing.
