Register Return

Register your return by clicking «orders» in your profile section, then proceed as instructed. If you do not have an account, please use the «view order» link in your order confirmation or shipping email.

Return Label

To facilitate your return, we will provide you with a personal return label via email (international return) within 2 business days after you register your return. This label will enable you to send the item(s) back to us quickly and easily.

Print Document

1. Print the «return note» you created with applying for the return 

2. Print the return label you received from us (DHL, UPS or similar) 

3. Enclose the documents into your package of return 

To ensure a smooth return process, kindly note that identifying the sender and contents of your return package is crucial. If our warehouse team faces difficulties in this regard, it may cause delays in processing your return.

Pack

While preparing your package for return, please ensure that all returnable items are complete with any pertaining accessories included. Please pack all items very carefully and ensure fragile parts are sufficiently padded. Please take care to ensure the product box remains undamaged.

Send

To send your return back to our warehouse, simply take the package to the nearest DHL service point or arrange a pickup. Once we receive it, we‘ll do our best to process it quickly and keep you informed throughout the process. Please note that processing may take up to 10 business days.
