INUIKII shoes are waterproof and you can wear them in light snow or light rain showers. The shoes already have a certain impregnation. Nevertheless, the best protection is to impregnate them again before wearing them outside.
Important: do not impregnate the gloss styles as you would destroy the leather.
For the INUIKII winter sneakers we suggest sizing up 0.5 to 1 full size. The winter boots are true to size, which also applies to the summer slippers and Matilda sneakers.
Info for winter: the shearling will adapt to your feet throughout walking and time for perfect fit.
98% of the INUIKII shoes are produced in the European Union — in Portugal and Romania. A 2% is produced in China. All INUIKII shoes are crafted by hand.
We aim to restock every week depending on available products in stock or production. If your size is sold-out get notified of any restockings by entering your mail to the respective «get notified» field. As we use different materials for our uppers the cleaning process always varies. If you’re not sure please take a look at our care-site for detailed manuals per material.
If you want to cancel or modify your order, please send an e-mail to email@example.com (the fastest way). We will try our best to make changes to your existing order. However, we try to process your order as fast as possible, meaning once your order is shipped from our warehouse we can’t cancel it anymore. Of course, you have the possibility to return your order if its already shipped.

All INUIKII products are shipped from Germany. Although we are a Swiss brand and company, we have a strong and extensive international presence. This is the reason we have decided to ship our products from Germany. That means our customers receive purchased goods with no delay caused by customs clearance, so as quickly as next-day, and of course there is no VAT to handle on delivery (except international shippings).
Yes we do — please refer to the shipping site. We cover all EU countries and a wide selection of international countries. If your country is not on the list let us know so we know and may open the country.
You’re not charged for anything — we cover everything. If this is not the case upon the arrival of your product please let us know as sometimes the courier has not declared it correctly.

The shipping costs vary by country. The exact shipping costs will be showed after adding your product to the basket.
We’re working with UPS, DHL and also FedEx. From the moment, your order leaves our warehouse you will receive the goods not later than 5 days (expect holidays). All orders are processed Monday through Friday. Please also note that during and around holidays, deliveries will take longer as we also want that our staff can take some days off.
As soon as your order is shipped you will receive a tracking number by mail. With the tracking number on your order confirmation, you will be able to track your shipment and will be informed of the approximate delivery date.
You are free to return your goods within 14 days after receiving.
Yes, for each return you will be charged a small amount for CO2 compensation and administration works — €15.00. You can follow the steps under inuikii.com/returns to return your purchase. In any case you need assistance we’re here to help: email@example.com
You have to make sure the goods are not worn; all labels are on the product and that you have repacked it carefully. Please take a look at the return instructions that you’ve received with your package. If you do not follow the above point we might withhold a certain amount of the refund to cover extra work and replacements.
You cannot manage the exchange online but you can drop us a line on firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll manage for you. Make sure you return everything respecting the return rules.
