INUIKII shoes are water-resistant and you can wear them in light snow or light rain showers. The shoes already have a certain impregnation. Nevertheless, the best protection is to impregnate them again before wearing them outside. Important: do not impregnate the gloss styles as you would destroy the leather.
To ensure the best fit, please always refer to the "Size & Fit" box and the "Size Guide" on each product page. Sizing recommendations can vary between styles, so it's important to check the specific advice for the product you're interested in.
Winter styles: Please note that the shearling lining will naturally mold to your feet over time, offering a customized and comfortable fit with wear.
Each INUIKII shoe is crafted with care, whereas our main production countries are Portugal and Romania. We work closely with trusted partners to ensure high-quality standards and ethical manufacturing practices. We aim to restock popular styles regularly, depending on available stock and ongoing production. If your size is currently sold out, simply enter your email in the “Get Notified” field on the product page to receive an alert as soon as it's back.

If you’d like to modify or cancel your order, please email us as soon as possible at hello@inuikii.com. We’ll do our best to make any changes before your order is shipped. Please note: Once your order has left our warehouse, we’re no longer able to cancel it. However, if it doesn’t work out, you can still return it in line with our return policy.

All INUIKII orders are shipped from our warehouse in Germany. While we are proudly a Swiss brand, our international reach is growing steadily. Shipping from Germany ensures faster delivery times and avoids customs delays within the EU.
Most of our national and international orders are shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), meaning you won’t incur any additional customs fees. For full details on shipping options (including free delivery where applicable), please visit our Shipping page.

We partner with UPS, DHL, and FedEx to ensure timely delivery. Once your order leaves our warehouse, it will typically arrive within 2-5 days (excluding holidays). Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Please note that delivery times may be extended during peak holiday periods, both due to external factors and because we value giving our employees time off during the holidays.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email which will be active after the first 24h. You can use this tracking number, provided in your order confirmation, to monitor your shipment and get an estimated delivery date.
All goods must be returned within 14 days after reception and meet our return policy.
Yes, for each return you will be charged between € 10 - 15. Please follow the steps here to return your purchase or parts of it. In any case you need assistance we’re here to help: hello@inuikii.com
You have to make sure the goods are not worn; all labels are on the product and that you have repacked it carefully. Please take a look at the return instructions that you’ve received with your package. If you do not follow the above point we might withhold a certain amount of the refund to cover extra work and replacements.
An exchange is not possible. Instead, you can place a new order and return the products that do not fit according to the guidelines. Please ensure that the products to be returned are unworn and in their original packaging.
Your refund will be processed after a quality assessment of the returned goods in our warehouse, which typically takes up to one week from receipt. Once the assessment is complete, the refund may take up to 14 days. For any updates or inquiries during this process, please feel free to reach out to our service team.
