Shipping

Delivery within the European Union and Switzerland

Most EU countries and Switzerland benefit from free delivery via GLS Standard. You may also choose DHL Express Premium at checkout, which is a paid option.

Delivery options:

- GLS Standard (Free): 2–7 working days, tracking within 24h

- DHL Express Premium (Paid): 1–3 working days, SMS updates, tracking within 24h

Please note: Delivery times may be longer during holidays, sale periods, or when local couriers are involved.

International Deliveries

We ship internationally to the following countries:
Norway, United Kingdom, Canada, Cyprus, New Zealand, Ukraine, Japan, Mexico, South Korea, Saudi Arabia, Australia, Singapore, Israel, Qatar, Macao, Hong Kong, UAE, Bahrain, China.

Shipping costs (including the DHL Express Premium rate) and any applicable VAT are displayed at checkout — typically EUR 10–30, depending on destination.

Shipping method:

- DHL Express Premium (Paid): 1–3 working days, SMS updates, tracking within 24h

Average delivery time is up to 5 working days, though deliveries may take up to 14 days in countries requiring extended customs clearance or local handover.

Customs & Duties:

For shipments outside the EU and Switzerland, any local VAT, import duties, or customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

United States

Due to current tariffs and shipping restrictions, we are temporarily unable to deliver to the United States. We are actively working on a solution and aim to reopen US shipping soon.

Tracking

You will receive your tracking information via email (and via SMS for DHL Express Premium) within 24 hours after your order has been dispatched. Tracking updates and estimated delivery dates will be available once the parcel has left our warehouse.

Shipping Windows & Delays

Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on destination, customs procedures, carrier delays, or local holidays. Once an order has been dispatched, INUIKII cannot be held responsible for any delays, import duties, customs procedures, or additional fees applied by local authorities or carriers.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days from the delivery date. Returned products must be:

- unused and unworn

- in original condition

- with tags attached

- in the original shoe box

Returned items remain your responsibility until they reach us. Please pack them securely and keep proof of postage. Once your return has been inspected and approved, the refund will be issued. Items not meeting our return conditions will be sent back without refund.

Return cost contribution: 

- EUR 10 for Germany 

- EUR 15 for all other countries 

This amount will be deducted from your refund.
