Free delivery and a small return-fee. All your questions answered here.

European Union — Free Delivery

We deliver to all countries within the European union. Deliveries are managed through UPS and/or DHL and/or FedEx (1-5 days). Please note that orders are not processed during the weekend and that longer deliveries may occur during holidays or sales campaigns such as Black Friday.

For deliveries to Cyprus a delivery-cost will occur due to high transportation costs.


International Deliveries

All deliveries outside of the European Union (depending on the country of destination) will be shipped by UPS and/or DHL and/or FedEx (up to 14 days). Please note that potential local VAT and import duties applied on the product for certain destinations or other additional fees for international shipments outside of the European Union are covered by the recipient and will be deducted from the refund.


Tracking

We will email you the tracking information once your parcel has been shipped from our warehouse. You’ll be able to track your shipment and will also be noticed about approximate delivery date.

Shipping Window

Please note that the shipping windows are estimated and that the delivery dates cannot be guaranteed. All orders shipped outside of the European Union may be subject to import taxes or customs duties, determined by the country of destination and covered for by the recipient.


Delays and expenses

INUIKII is not responsible for any potential delays, additional customs, extra fees, end charges or any other additional costs once the package has left Europe.


Returns and Orders

We accept returns within 14 days — conditioned on the product being in its original condition, that is, unused with tags attached and in its original shoe box. It’s fine to try on the shoes like you would in a store, but please don’t actually wear them outside. Returned items are on your responsibility until they reach us, please make sure they’re packed properly and that you get proof of postage. All returned items will be refunded once they’ve reached our warehouse and undergone inspection to assure, they’re not damaged, worn or in an unsuitable condition. Returns that do not meet our policy will be sent back to you and we won’t be able to make a refund.
