Free delivery and a small return fee. Below, all you need to know.
European Union — Free Delivery |
We offer free deliveries to all countries within the European union (except for Cyprus). Deliveries are managed through UPS, DHL or FedEx and normally take 1-5 working days. Please note that longer delivery times may occur during holidays, sales campaigns, such as Black Friday, or if a third party delivery company is involved. |
International Deliveries |
Free deliveries apply to the following countries (besides the above within the EU): Switzerland, United Kingdom. For most other other countries, shipping costs will be applied during check-out and range mostly between EUR 10-25, depending on the country. All deliveries will be shipped by either UPS, DHL or FedEx and normally take up to 5 working days. For a few countries, longer delivery times of up to 14 days are expected, if a third party delivery company is involved. Please note that potential local VAT and import duties or other additional fees for international shipments outside of the European Union and Switzerland need to be covered by the recipient. |
Tracking |
We will email you the tracking information once your parcel has been shipped from our warehouse. You’ll be able to track your shipment and will also be notified about the approximate delivery date. Tracking information will be available 24 hours after the shipment has left the warehouse. |
Shipping Window |
Please note that the shipping windows are estimated and that the delivery dates cannot be guaranteed. All orders shipped outside of the European Union and the above mentioned may be subject to import inspection and/or taxes or customs duties, determined by the country of destination and covered for by the recipient. |
Delays and expenses |
INUIKII is not responsible for any potential delays, additional customs, extra fees, end charges or any other additional costs once the package has left Europe. |
Returns and Orders |
We accept returns within 14 days — conditioned on the product being in its original condition, that is, unused with tags attached and in its original shoe box. Returned items are on your responsibility until they reach us, please make sure they’re packed properly and that you get proof of postage. All returned items will be refunded once they’ve reached our warehouse and undergone inspection to assure, they’re not damaged, worn or in an unsuitable condition. Returns that do not meet our policy will be sent back to you and we won’t be able to make a refund. We charge a partial amount of the return costs, which is EUR 10 for Germany and EUR 15 for all other countries. This amount will be deducted from the refundable amount. |
